My new favorite dimsum spot. I love that you order things and its most likely made fresh but at the same time the whole charm of dimsum is aunties pushing little carts around advertising the goodies in their carts. Nonetheless, the dim sum quality here is top notch, they have a large menu of choices (four different types of chicken feet!), several different molten egg buns, some unique dishes that I have not had at other dimsum places like the beef brisket with noodle rolls on a sizzling plate. Casual setting with decent amount of seating options, great for large groups. No frill service, so they won't wait on you, have to flag down staff but I am not here for the service, just for the dim sum.

I knew I walked into the right restaurant when I looked around and saw the clientele. A strong 4 stars. The only disappointment was the "sesame chicken", but what do you expect? It is a 100% American dish. Ambiance was fine, but bathroom floor sticky. All other dim sum orders were excellent.

We came here on a Saturday night and it was packed! Luckily we had a reservation so we were sat down right away. The interior felt very modern with tall ceilings and was brightly lit. They had the big round tables that fit 10 people and they were snug against each other. What I like about this place was that they serve dim sum for dinner - though some items are not available after 3PM (ex. noodle rolls). Everything else we ordered was delicious though! My favorites were: T1. Har Gow - Shrimp Dumplings ($7.50) T2. Shrimp & Chive Dumplings ($7.50) T3. Siu Mai - Pork & Shrimp Dumplings ($7.50) T31. Pan-Fried Turnip Cake ($12.95) Overall, the food was great, but like most authentic Chinese restaurants, the service was lackluster. After we sat down, we weren't given a sheet to order from and we did not know who our server was. Although we tried to make eye contact to flag someone down, we were told to wait and it took us 45 minutes just to get someone to take our order. Hopefully their service will improve because their dim sum is really good!

The food is really good. This place is really busy though . Food comes rolled around in food carts . You order it on paper . Big selection of many things . My Asian friend ordered everything for us . Everything was tasty . The price was reasonable. The volume inside is rather loud . Good place to have fun time with friends . Not so much for a conversation because it's busy and loud in here . Food tasted fresh . What I had was delicious. The parking though is difficult. That's the only draw back of this place everything else is really good . The service is really good ! They come pick up your plates very quick and service is quick . I was surprised . They don't skim on anything at this place .

Awesome awesome dim sum. As of writing, IMHO, this is Boston Chinatown's best dim sum. The interior has this weird 70s futuristic fluorescent decor look to it but because this is actually kinda characteristically Chinese, I felt right at home! The food, oh man. So fresh! I swear these days into most dim sum restaurants and I'm like man when was this made... but not with this place. Everything tasted so fresh, from the turnip cake to the shrimp rice rolls, everything was warm and savory and delicious. Their desserts did not disappoint either, with an outstanding rendition of the molten lava egg bun. Reasonably priced for what it is. Friendly helpful service that helped us accommodate a 1yo toddler. I will be coming here now for my dim sum cravings! When we have friends in town, this is probably the spot.

Food was fresh, nice chicken dish Pan fried dumplings very good. They have a more authentic Chinese type lunch menu ... But stayed with what I know. Yet the Chinese patrons knew which authentic off the menu to order.

Really solid dimsum place in Chinatown. Sadly no push carts and you order off a paper menu. The place was clean and service was quick. Everything we had was really good. My favorites were the lava bun with salted egg yolk, fried turnip cakes, chicken feet, shumai, and shrimp wrapped in rice paper. I would definitely come back here if I were doing dimsum in Chinatown.

I first discovered Dynasty Restaurant through a Yelp event, and ever since then, I've found myself coming back for more -- a handful of times, in fact. My most recent visit was just last week. After a long day, my gf and I stopped for dinner around 9:30 pm and, as always, were quickly seated and greeted with a pot of their delicious green tea. I've never really been much of a tea person, but there's something about *this* tea that I actually look forward to every time. To start, we ordered the shrimp dumplings, which were absolutely delicious and among the best I've had. For the mains, we shared the stir-fried string beans with pork, which were solid, but the real highlight was the seafood in XO sauce. The fried tofu in the dish is incredible -- I seriously can't get enough of it. The fresh seafood (octopus, scallops, squid, shrimp) is cooked to perfection, making it one of the best seafood dishes I've ever had. I'm completely obsessed with it, and I can't recommend it enough. Pair it with some white rice, and you've got a meal that never disappoints. I'm happy to write my 100th review for Dynasty, which has quickly become one of my go-to spots in Boston for authentic Chinese food. This place is a true gem in Chinatown!
